I am doing Danette May's 30 day challenge right now! It's going tray and I can't wait to try this recipe! Yum
ReplyDeleteOops tray = great.
ReplyDeleteThese were too dry and fell apart. I even added two eggs but still fell apart. I had to use almond meal and coconut flour which I know is more absorbent but with the egg and a little more oil, I thought it would work. Maybe will try with just almond meal next time. Flavor wasn't bad though.
